Technical Assistance Services Brief Collaborating for School Improvement: The Pennsylvania Big Cities Consortium. Describes R3CC contributions to a consortium of Title I urban school districts in Pennsylvania. Questions for the Developers of Comprehensive School Design Models This set of questions is designed to help schools that are considering adopting a school design model make good choices about whether they want to pursue a given model. Schools can use these questions with model developers to probe the comprehensiveness and substance of the models, keeping in mind their own school context and needs. The questions are organized around the nine components listed in the legislation authorizing the Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration Program.
